Returns or exchange policies 

We hope you LOVE what you ordered from us but if for some reason you don't  please let us know. Dom Chi Designs will only except returns that have not been worn, used, washed or damaged in any way. This is our policy so please review this before you try and make a return. We will not make any exceptions.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

If your order contains defective or incorrect merchandise, please send an email to info@domchidesigns.com and we will sort out the issue A.S.A.P.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES - ONLINE

If you would like to RETURN or EXCHANGE an item(s) for a different size or design please place all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.

Please include a detailed note to explain if you would like an EXCHANGE (size, color or design) or a RETURN.

*Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase, and only once we receive the merchandise. Please allow 3-5 days from the day we receive merchandise for your account to be credited. 

*Exchanges will be mailed out within 2-3 days to your original address OR a specified new address. If the merchandise that you would like in exchange is unavailable, we will reach out to you with alternatives.
